By accessing or using TriviaPew (triviapew.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or subscribe to our newsletter.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of TriviaPew after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Description of Service
TriviaPew is a free Bible trivia and devotional newsletter and website. Our services include:
- A daily Bible trivia email with Scripture context and short devotions
- Interactive personality quizzes, daily games, and guided Scripture lessons on the website
- Additional subscriber content including verse reflections, daily lessons, and interactive challenges
- A weekly challenge with a public leaderboard
- Profile features including streaks, saved verses, and avatars
All content is provided free of charge. The service is supported by advertisements and may include curated resource recommendations.
If you enter the weekly challenge, the display name you submit is publicly visible on the leaderboard. We may edit or remove leaderboard names that are offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
User Accounts and Email Subscription
When you subscribe to TriviaPew, you provide your email address and optionally your name. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
You may unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of every email. Unsubscribing is instant and requires no additional steps.
Profile data (avatar selection, streaks, quiz progress) is stored locally in your browser. Clearing your browser data will reset this information.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission
- Use automated systems to access the website in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
- Impersonate any person or entity in communications with us
- Subscribe other people to our newsletter without their consent
Intellectual Property
All original content on TriviaPew — including quiz designs, lesson formats, devotional writing, site design, and branding — is the property of TriviaPew and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
