How many men did King Nebuchadnezzar see walking in the fiery furnace after three were thrown in?

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were thrown into the blazing furnace for refusing to worship Nebuchadnezzar's golden image. But the astonished king saw four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and said the fourth looked like a son of the gods. The three emerged without even the smell of smoke on them.

Before the furnace, the three friends said something remarkable: our God is able to deliver us — but even if He does not, we will not bow. Their faith was not a bet on a particular outcome. It was loyalty to a Person.
